SR Property Team started investments in single family rental homes in the southeast. As the team gained more experience we looked to duplex, tri-plex’s and quads which are typically considered single family rentals but with less risks due to a vacancy in one unit, still likely leaves cash flow from other units.

Currently the SR Property Team is acquiring commercial multi-family properties in the Southeast and in the Midwest.
