We find, acquire, and operate mobile home parks. We also renovate existing mobile homes and move in new mobile homes to increase the supply of affordable housing as few new parks are being built.

We improve maintenance and updates to the park. Furthermore, we improve operations further by increasing revenues (filling vacant pads with new homes, raising rents, and improving expense controls).

Mobile home parks are unique as they tend to be uncorrelated with the markets, the economy, and the performance of other real estate, resulting in their powerful ability to weather a recession. Because of these qualities, they can deliver predictable cash flow during difficult times and shield investment dollars from losses.
